1. The Grocery Store Parking Lot - man these things are just nightmares. Especially if you get some snow on the ground and people just decide since the painted lines aren't showing it means it is "park like a crazy person day".
2. The Cart - this is quite possibly the most disgusting part of buying groceries at the grocery store. Do you have any idea how long it has been since those things have been cleaned? I can't imagine they ever get cleaned. Do you know how many babies sit in those carts with messy diapers? Or all the bloody meat that gets tossed in there.
3. The People - don't get me wrong... I am a "people person". I just don't like it when there are masses of them shoving large metal objects on wheels into everything. I just enjoy being able to do things at my own pace and not having to deal with a lot of people getting in the way... and that includes my grocery shopping.
4. The Food - sure... there is a lot of great food at the local grocery store, but if you happen to be one of the millions of citizens of this country that prefer a native cuisine over American food, it can be hard to find the items you would like to cook with.
5. The Haul - thats right the haul. There are millions of people that don't have the ability to park their cars in an adjacent garage and simply bring their groceries in from the garage. Many people live in apartments and have to climb several sets of stairs. And many others don't have a car at all, so buying more than one bag of groceries at a time was never a reality for these people.
